desert spectacular masters & all-comers meet 2024

I am the Chairperson for the third annual Desert Spectacular, which is a big local track and field event being put on by a Phoenix-based group which trains athletes and promotes competitive sports.  Specifically, we are fundraising to put on a statewide championship for adult athletes in the sport of Track and Field.  The meet will feature exposure to adults from the greater Phoenix area and beyond, who lead an active lifestyle, as well as those from out of state who come to Arizona often. We have added a youth component to the meet as well, so parents in attendance will have 4-6 hour long exposure to your banners and the meet program.
The event is on 12/7/2024 and will be held at Mesa Community College.  We would greatly appreciate if you’re able to donate; we have a few options for support below.

$3000 donation. The meet is named after you (or your company) and you’ll have first shot at keeping the title sponsorship from year to year.
 You get the maximum advertising space and the most exposure.

$500 donation per featured event gets you the main glamour events named after you/your company on the program and signage for the meet. You may choose to sponsor more than 1 event, at $500 per event, with no limit, if you wish to dominate the schedule. The featured events have the most competitors in them from year to year and therefore the most spectators.
