Member acknowledges and accept that Coach Flash will be competing at various competitions locally, Nationally and Worldwide, and may be absent for as many as 18 classes in a year’s time. In some scenarios, practice will consist of a workout that will be done without the assistance of Coach Flash, or with a substitute coach or captain, but the workout will be provided for the group to do. In rare cases of really bad weather, practice may be cancelled or postponed. Member willingly accepts this monthly charge, knowing they might encounter an illness, injury or go on vacation. I know that they are under no obligation to show up for as many classes being held each month, and accept that there are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes do not carry over from one month to the next.


Your gift, whether drop-in or monthly, goes directly back into the club to put on races, meets and acquires new equipment for the team and club.   If you wish to borrow any of the equipment at any time, please contact Coach Flash. The equipment includes weights, weighted bars, weighted vests, resistance bands, resistance parachutes, agility ladders, cones, course marking materials, measuring wheel, stakes, flagging, tripods, timing equipment, etc.  Your gift is also used to cover race awards, permits, insurance and event sanctioning and certain athlete expenses on trips to National Championships.

Flash's Arizona Pacemakers is a professionally coached, co-ed running group for all ages and abilities, beginner through advanced. It caters to all levels of enthusiasm for the wonderful sport of running and offers you a chance to gather with like-minded individuals to set and pursue your personal goals. Train for your first race with an awesome family of runners who'll show you the ropes. We meet year-round, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Weekdays feature guided workouts and Saturdays are generally easy paced long runs with hills or variations in pace.  We have 30 minute 5kers and 17 minute 5kers, marathoners, and everything in between.

$50/mth - The Runner*  

Come to any or all running workouts Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.  RunStrength workouts on Thursdays are included.

​$160/mth - The Total Transformation

Change your entire running career or set it in a new direction. Come to any or all workouts, PLUS 3 hours per month of one-on-one training/follow-up sessions with Coach Flash. Initial $200 instructional session of 2 hours is required to choose this.

(commitmentrequired: This monthly gift is auto-renewed monthly for 12 months, January-December). PayPal or automatic payments required.  Need 30 days advance notice to cancel. $35 per week in addition to Plan if athlete desires a schedule and unlimited contact with Coach.
